I read the review with Veldlaw and I certainly agree with this. My case was a bit longer ago, but the feedback from Veldlaw was really below all the mark. The invoices followed each other at a rapid pace, but if you wanted to ask something, it was very difficult to get the relevant lawyer on the phone. You would always be called back but that just didn't happen. The worst thing I found was that the agreements made were not honored. Perhaps a few things have changed at Veldlaw but they never see me as a customer there again!

Do not respond to mail and call back requests. I will certainly not recommend this club to accommodate your business.
