a very good law firm, feels like a safe environment upon arrival, reassures you and takes the time. very friendly staff, questions are answered very well. Many thanks to Judith and Elske for your efforts.

This woman does not show up at sessions, cancels appointments (with weak excuses), she then lets others call you last minute. Often when you are already on the road. She does not put up a defense that causes you problems, does not respond when you have complaints. Has submitted documents too late. Does not send drafts, but just does correspondence without approval. Bills at random and with abnormally high amounts. Which they then credit them again with small round amounts (so none of that is true!). Gives no advice. Have others appear while you have an appointment with her and then she appears to pass on the message to her so-called replacement in the room next door, while she is just there. Sent to us regular correspondence intended for other clients with privacy sensitive information. Very sloppy. Our advice: stay far away from this office !!!
