Very disappointed. We knew about mini leakage. kind man come and looked for quote. It was asked to install a leaf catcher in advance because of leaves. A small hole was immediately closed with sealant and an offer followed. Also a bill of> 120 euros for ... well, leaf catcher not installed and nothing else really. Substantial call-out costs that are not reported or stated. Providing absurd costs for a quote ...
