On January 3, 2020 I brought my new Tesla Model X to the Haaglanden Inbouwcentrum for installing Cabman BCT. After more than 5 hours, working on the car in a very chaotic and unprofessional way, to my surprise I saw a dent on the back of the car.
They continue to deny that it happened to them. Several times indicated that they have hit the edge of the table (edge of the table comes out exactly on the dent). They continue to deny, owner also indicates that he is 1000% not through their fault.
When I later indicate to view the camera images, they suddenly indicate that that day there were problems with the hard disks. Really scammers, I would never bring a car there, too bad !! There are several good places where they help customers better. And also take responsibility if something goes wrong.
Are there other people with such experience? I would like to get in touch, I want to start legal proceedings to request those images.
Bad installation center! After the repair, the printer falls, the BCT is not fixed, they will work with adhesive tapes. Really amateurs, I really advise against them. In addition, you have damage to your car, they will deny 100%. If you ask for camera images, suddenly the cameras don't work that day.
