We would like to thank Freek Hypotheek for helping us out with our mortgage, mainly Raymond van Hees who was the fantastic person who walked us through the whole process in English. When we had questions he was always there to assist no matter how many times he had to repeat the same thing. Although the "buying house thing" is very complex, he made sure it seemed easy for us, we basically did not have to worry about anything. We highly recommend Freek to everyone! I want to thank Freek Hypotheek and most importantly Ricardo for helping me out with the mortgage. Ricardo did walk me trough all the process in English, made sure I understood everything, gave me great consultancy based on my personal and financial situation. As an expact it was very difficult fitting all the pieces of the puzzles of buying a house in the Netherlands. With the help of Ricardo and Freek, we had the mortgage approved for a month or less. Also i am very happy with the mortage provider choise - i was preseted with interest rate comparison + different terms. I am more than happy to recommend Freek to my friends too.

Raymond van Hees helped me very nicely when taking out a mortgage for my first new-build home. I myself had little knowledge about this, but Raymond could explain everything to me in easy language. In addition, they really listened to my wishes, so that I could take out the mortgage with a good feeling. Freek / Raymond were always quickly available with any questions and kept me well informed of the state of affairs. Happened to the informal name of Freek Hypotheek. Didn't want a bank like Rabo or ING where you always get the feeling that you are almost at a royal audience. Expectations have been fully fulfilled by the people at Freek Hypotheek in Alphen. Informal conversation atmosphere and highly professional personal advice. They take their time for you. They listen carefully and then go through the options with you in complete openness. Good accessibility for questions and take care of you during the application. In 2015, Raymond van Hees provided excellent assistance with taking out an additional mortgage for a necessary renovation of our home. Now we are facing the next step: moving to a new-build apartment. Because of the excellent experience, contacted Raymond again and again the guidance is down to the last detail. Even in this Corona time it is not a problem. With Skype still a personal contact and a great experience again!
