Friendly Staff
Very friendly owner, always very cheerful and the store is always neat. Is also a PostNL point, never had problems with packages.
No good customer service. Have my package delivered here. During the collection it turned out that it was not there, while it was delivered there according to the PostNL app. Answer: "Yes PostNL has not delivered for 2 days, so it is not here!" Ok, but where is it? "Yes maybe at AKA" "PostNL is the culprit" Well, good story, but if you sent PostNL away due to lack of space, then be honest to say so. Inappropriate! Package finally found by calling after all, but no thanks Primera Baronie. Idea to stop as a package point!
