Placed an order for Sinterklaas on November 30th. Nothing received so far and it is now the end of December. Also does not respond to emails. I suspect we have been conned. I would therefore advise against placing an order here.
Update: finally we managed to get in touch. The product was no longer available. Then we got the money back.
We had to take the initiative ourselves for this and it took about a month.
Provides an address but is not a normal residential house
Beautiful fire engine ordered for our son's birthday with matching dolls. These were unfortunately no longer in stock and we were then offered an alternative but this was not entirely to our taste. Dolls could therefore still be supplied. Speciaal4kids thought that a fire truck without a doll could not be delivered for a birthday and one then supplied us with dolls free of charge. The originally ordered dolls are also supplied. So top service and a satisfied customer!
Fast delivery, very pleasant. But what a pity: the tea set you ordered (from the golden books) is just one of the Albert Heijn things!
