Dropped my phone in the morning, and my spare phone fiddled with it too. I first called and got a very nice man on the line who told me to drop by with both phones (Iphone 6S Plus and an IPhone 7) to check them out. Upon arrival, I showed the phones and he went straight to work. It turned out that there were NO screws in the IPhone 7, which caused the screen to break. He replaced the screen of both phones, he also replaced the home button on the iPhone 7 because it clicked on its own, and he gave me all the plates and screws for free with the repair !! a great experience and great service all around! very customer friendly! you have more than deserved the 5 stars!
