After I placed an order, I received an e-mail after some time that the product was not in stock. They gave me the choice: money back or still order and then a few days later at home. I chose the latter. I received a message back that the product had been ordered and that it came with 24-hour delivery from Spain to the Netherlands. Great service!

I ordered a cup from E-mediaweb, I was completely happy with it until I opened it and immediately had a crack in the bottom, fortunately I could return it via bol.com, ordered a new one, used it 3x and then it immediately leaked at the bottom of the battery very sorry I then contacted bol.com and they referred me to E-mediaweb where this cup comes from had had an email from them that I had to send it so I was told that a crack at the bottom of the glass is not under warranty .. well sorry but only 2 broken cups I could get a discount on a new cup via E-mediaweb very bad thing because I just wanted my money back because I didn't want to spend more money to give to such a bad cup unfortunately that was not possible and they could not help me further. Then I approached bol.com and they did not like it from this company, I received a nice refund via bol.com as it should be! I would say don't order from this seller very bad thing this!

Good and friendly service is provided, digitally and at the company itself. Absolutely great!
