I had bought an internal hard drive online not knowing that they come without cables. So I started calling around in Alphen in the hope that I could buy a Sata III cable somewhere. I got voicemail everywhere, except for Mark Evers of Computer Care, who immediately answered his phone. And yes he had the necessary cable at home and I could pick it up right away. When I asked about the costs, I got the answer that it was just a cable, that I could have it like that! You don't experience that much anymore and in my opinion it certainly deserves a 5 star review. Mark thank you very much, thanks to you at least I can now start using my new disc !!!

We wondered beforehand whether it was not the food, but that was not the case according to comp.care. was something with Windows, paid 150 euros and problem was NOT solved. Next day we went to a PC repairman in Ter Aar and he said it was the power supply. Cost 39 euros and they had also used it for us. Computer care still wanted to order the power supply for us, but then we would have to pay for it, he would be nice enough to use it for us for free. When I confronted him with the fact that the man in ter Aar knew immediately that it was the food and he had not found out after 24 hours, he threw the phone on it. As a result, I have now lost a total of almost 200 euros, and he refuses to accommodate us. This man is certainly not a professional. Never participate and certainly never pay in advance!

My computer had crashed and the PC kept restarting every time. I had offered the computer to ComputerCare, he was able to make a diagnosis a day later with a price quote. Windows 10 had to be reinstalled for a small additional cost, it could also speed up my PC by using an SSD, unbelievably new, it seems very fast and expertly made, I was able to pick up my PC yesterday on November 2.
