Super good service. Order made via Bol.com but upon receipt it turned out that the packaging contained the wrong item. Contacted SBVR by phone. Received postage-free return label to send the product back to them directly and nicely credited bill at Bol.com. Pleasant contact by phone and email, with very neat follow-up and handling. Ordered again via Bol.com and received the correct article with the 2nd order. Top service!
OUTSTANDING SERVICE
I am very happy with SBVR Adapters. They not only provided for my need for connecting two monitors to my laptop [by means of an adapter, but I also received a completely unexpected and as a gift a wireless phone charger with my order.
Always neatly on the phone and e-mail, even if the postman was not in too much of a hurry to deliver the package. Solution-oriented, thinking along, quick answer to mail and excellent service.
