Horrible!! Have daughter cut now seriously the tangles were still in it !!!! But have to pay the full blow.

I have had my hair cut here for years. In the first few years it all went well without any problems. It has gone wrong several times recently and this was really the last straw. Several times before cutting I reported that it had to slope (short at the back and longer at the front) and also indicated how long it should be front and back. However, it is cut at the front at the back, so it is now cut at the height of my chin instead of my shoulder. I also asked to bleach my hair since I wanted to experiment with washable paint at home. Before I got there I had hair with orange tones. She kept dropping a small strand of hair every time (I assumed it was okay since I saw it more often in people) but now I have ended up with blond hair with orange strands in between ??? Even with washable paint that will still be visible.

Very nice hair salon with a nice team. Good quality in the treatment. I'm happy with it.

When I came here to ask about shampoo without sulfate, they didn't even know what sulfate is .. then I had to scratch my head with confusion. Sulfate is the good thing that makes shampoo so lather and what makes your hair dry. But it is therefore not immediately a bad barber shop. I am my own hairdresser so I don't need a hairdresser.

You call a hair salon but get a lady on the phone who has never held scissors. I asked her if there wasn't someone there who could help me with my question. Well NO had to do it with her. And she couldn't help me with my question about hair dyeing. I explain to her that I am sick and that a ride to the hairdresser costs me a lot of energy. And I wanted to know something first and then make my choice. But no I had to go there first with my question and then go back later to dye my hair late. Why customer-friendly. And she did not understand why I am sick in a wheelchair and do not have the energy for that. So my hair is still not dyed. Thanks BRAINWASH
