This morning I was at 8:00 am with bad luck. My Ford bus had slumped in a soft shoulder. I needed professional help with this and went looking for a salvage company near Waddinxveen. One company did not answer, the other did not understand me because he did not know the Dutch language. During the third telephone conversation, I ended up at van Oosten from Alphen aan de Rijn. Despite the fact that the driver had just come out of the night shift and was comfortable in his bed, he still took the trouble to help me, he was there within 45 minutes. Due to the expertise of this man, my bus got out without damage. I found the requested price for this service not expensive. And the twenty euro tip I wanted to give was not accepted.
