Arriva OV Servicepunt Groningen

Very poor service. The lady was unfriendly and not willing to help solve a problem with Arriva whatsoever.

The woman I was helped by was not customer friendly! She treated me as if I were speaking a different language. Did not have a good work attitude or friendly appearance nor me or the one before me.

Yesterday after a hectic working day in the corona department, home. The trains were not running and the bus also went 30 minutes later. There was no indication of where to check in and they were busy at the track. The bus driver also said nothing. Once we arrived in Groningen, we suddenly had to show our transport. Me and another gentleman asked where should you check in? Here the reaction was very disrespectful ... Then we both got a fine. Nice then I spend the whole day with corona patients (in the elderly care because yes here it is also busy!) And then we deal with this. I understand that you currently have few customers but this is a very false way to make money ...
