I've written this review before, but Koops has made a fresh start on Google. To give others an honest picture, I will post my review here again. During the move, our wardrobes fell on an antique sideboard, which was shattered and damaged the wall in turn. Consequence, cupboards and sideboard total loss. After that, our stove was damaged during transport. Unfortunate, but it remains human work and people are ultimately insured. The handling of the damage at Koops was taken care of by Arjan. He completely ignores our neat but serious e-mails and delays the handling of the damage by only sending the necessary documents 2 weeks after the move, after an unanswered e-mail and a phone call in which we were not called back. The next day the documents are returned immediately. Unfortunately Arjan apparently lacks a sense of responsibility, more than a month after the move, we know nothing about the handling. Of course, no response will be given to the request to be informed of the progress. Ultimately, our furniture broke and we haven't had any wardrobes for a month, so we live partly out of suitcases. The handling of the transport damage, the cabinets and the stove is completed after approximately 2 months. The damage to the wall lies with Koops himself, since that is no damage to a good. Shall I send the umpteenth email to which I do not receive an answer?

Right on time, very flexible and you can make agreements that are best for both. A complete relocation and after more than two years of relocation both went perfectly. Nothing, but nothing broken and well documented what the intention was (luckily, because after 2 years you don't know every dot on the i)! Oh yes, the colleagues are all very hard workers too !!!
