The broker reacted very arrogantly when the keys were handed over. Rented a house for 1.5 years but never listened to our problems. Treated the new tenant properly differently than he had treated us. We had to clean everything ourselves but the new tenant got a cleaner what we had to pay. We had delivered the apartment clean, but the real estate agent had to make a comment about whether we had ever cleaned it at all, very unprofessional and antisocial with a new tenant. (It was also just clean) We do not recommend this broker!
