Very unpleasant experience with the Nieuwkoop office. Does not honor agreements. Agrees on the purchase price via e-mail and suddenly a week later comes up with a counter-bid that you just have to hope is genuine, and calls that bid by number so that you can bid against, practices that aren't allowed. Certainly if you already agree, you stand with your back (emotionally) against the wall. Unethical behavior. We have a very uncomfortable feeling about our transaction.

Neat thing was well arranged at the information day with a barista outside. Very busy so can't ask for anything.
