Tauro kantoorruimte Alphen aan den Rijn

On Tuesday February 2, I accidentally ended up at this location with my 2 small children because I wanted to return a package at a DHL point. It turned out that I had to be 2 doors down but here was a note on the window that the packages could be delivered to Tauro. I really have never seen a woman as unkind as this woman working here at the reception, a middle-aged woman with medium blond sitting there on her phone. I asked very kindly if I could deliver my package to which she told me in a very unfriendly tone that I had to be further on, a bit shocked by her reaction I walked back to the DHL point to check whether it was really closed or whether it was note might be old and they were just open. The branch turned out to be closed, so I was slightly desperate to try again to see if Mrs van Tauro could help me further. This time I asked her again very kindly if she knew when her neighbors would be open or where I could deliver my package where I got a false snarl when she had nothing to do with it. I wished her a very nice afternoon but was very annoyed by how rude the lady was and in particular her condescending tone. I would advise against anyone renting an office building here, this lady really shouldn't have helped me if she didn't feel like it and maybe she had an off day but being so bitter was inappropriate.
