Terribly uninterested sales broker. Shuffles through the house during viewing. does not tell anything by itself to sell the property. Now had two viewings and does not represent the interests of the buyer. Thought more of buyer than seller. During this corona time, there is no disinfecting gel on viewing, so you are not allowed to touch anything. But buying a house is not a packet of butter. Very badly arranged. When the offer is accepted, we have changed our minds (after 4 days and not yet signed anything). Even after signing the purchase contract, you as a buyer still have time to consider. Not nice for a seller, but buying a house is serious business. The broker then sent an arrogant email. Have heard several bad experiences, including from buyers.
