In principle I was satisfied with Woonforte; everything was well arranged when I got my home more than 2 years ago. The house itself had many flaws and various flaws thereof were then, after insistence, certainly addressed until the whole was reasonably acceptable; it was livable without health risks. However, my experience is that communication was often difficult, which I noticed especially during repairs / maintenance (where there was no check whether something had been remedied at all) and when canceling the rent. There was no guidance from a case manager or person to contact; I was suddenly called by the next resident without confirmation. I am convinced that we are working hard to improve this; I have been able to experience various improvement initiatives and there is certainly something being done for residents. However, at the moment there is still a lot to be gained in terms of 'customer satisfaction', which starts with communication.

Poor communication and empty promises, but keep increasing the rent, but repair overdue maintenance, homaar

Bad organization. Residents everywhere are monitored 24/7 with camera systems and what else happens with this is not clear. Ms Agreet van Egmond also asked whether residents would like to keep an eye on other residents and to report this to the housing if something happens. Reminds me of 40-45 ....

A bathroom for mold because the residents upstairs have had a leak in their toilet .. shower taps that come off the wall. Wiring in the shower that can cause life-threatening situations… and housing construction? Above all, he can very well fail to keep his agreements. But you can collect money !!! Rip-offs
