Monday afternoon 8 customers for me and only 2 employees ... they worked very hard to provide the service to the customer they were working on. Then come back another time 😉 In order to be the customer where time is spent .... because you definitely get that at this location 👍

After the branch contacted us, we were happy to help and offered a suitable solution for us. For this reason we are again a satisfied customer and hope that this has been a one-off incident. For this reason I have also adjusted my rating to sufficient We bought our son at these Hans Anders glasses when they were ordered, we had to contact our administrator about what we did in the store. Everything was arranged we would get 2 glasses and a voucher for a third pair of glasses the glasses of the glasses would be sharpened and because they are children's glasses they would be insured. We discussed this with the administrator in the presence of the employee, who gave the green light. When picking them up, they threw it out that we do get two glasses with insurance, but not the voucher for the third glasses, because it concerned two actions that the employee had linked and that is not possible. for me this is the same thing that you buy and pay for a new tesla and when you come to get it you get a skoda. So I called home and I would receive an email within 5 working days with a solution. For me this e-mail was not a solution only sorry it should not have happened. So again called that this is not a solution for me. Because in my eyes I did not get what was promised to me and what I also told my administrator what I would get for the money. Anyway the operator would send an email to the store that they should contact and I then said that I had made this complaint so did not want to wait another 5 business days for an answer. So I would be called Thursday or Friday so I told the lady if this did not happen that I would call back on Monday. Called again today they have now made a complaint, I will now be called back within 5 working days (because yes that line should not be broken) with maybe a solution. If there is no solution, I bring the glasses back and I go to another store, I also say that I stop the glasses plan and I never get there again, which I immediately recommend to everyone, don't go there anymore. Because not the price is different, you will also be misinformed and they will easily blame someone else. And they sell less for what has been said in a conversation. If it is not / will be resolved I leave this message but I hope I can make something more positive of it even though I still have a hard head in it
