Youcar Waddinxveen and Robert van 't Wout were very helpful with our car rentals. We reserved 3 cars online from the US. The cars were ready when promised and the delivery went quickly. Robert even helped us pay parking tickets (our fault). Smooth transaction all around. I highly recommend this company.

Super Service!!!

Thursday evening (21-01-21) Wanted a bus to rent, because a bin was not possible anyway. Rented this for a long weekend (Friday afternoon 5 p.m. to Monday 8 a.m.) Unfortunately, the (delivery) bus was not available, this of course because I literally had booked a Thursday evening after 11 p.m. On Friday morning I received a call from Michael (rental specialist Waddinxveen) that the requested van was unfortunately not available, but that they had another nice van for me, a Toyota ProAce 9pers. If she took the benches out for me, you have the same loading capacity as the other van. Obviously agreed with this. Friday afternoon at 17:00 we were kindly welcomed and the bus was ready, everything was neatly checked / walked by the very skilled and extremely friendly Michael, of course at the right distance (due to Covid19) for the more luxurious versions and the extra work removing the banks) nothing was charged 👍🏻😁 that is of course real service that many companies can take as an example. Also when handing in it went great here again helped by Michael. If you want a good bus for a good price, perfect service and friendliness, then definitely go after Youcar Waddinxveen!
