Good service and contact when buying a car, but when making servicing appointments there are many miscommunications and misunderstandings created by them. Servicing itself is good again though.

After long in the U.K. I moved back to the Netherlands a few months ago. With my Vauxhall Corsa. The Corsa had to be inspected for admission on the Dutch road (RDW in Waddinxveen). Unfortunately the car was rejected. Headlights not properly adjusted and rear fog light on right and not left. Bummed, but agreed with the RDW inspector that if it came in order the same day, I could come back on the same day without making a new appointment. The only option to have it adjusted was Motorhuis Gouda. Drove to Motorhuis Gouda and explained my story. I received a very friendly response from the workshop reception. The car was driven in quite quickly to adjust things. A little while later everything was fine! Well in time for the re-inspection at the RDW. Neat, from Motorhuis Gouda!

Bad service. Bought a car from this company a few months ago for a lot of money. The brakes have started to squeak for several weeks. Then went by. After waiting 1.5 hours I was told that I had to learn to live with it "because it is after all a second hand car" (5 years old) OR that I could choose to replace the brakes which would cost 300, - going to cost. Warranty was completely strange, because again "you get that with a 2nd hand car". The feeling when I was outside: Sell a car to a customer, then they can figure it out themselves. Too ridiculous for words and I will never, ever buy a car / have it repaired by this company.

They are scammers! The car was rejected, or we had to have it made for a lot of money. Have the car inspected elsewhere the next day, and the car is fully approved. Not a single point to criticize. It is that I have to give 1 star because even these are not worth them.
