just called this company with a complaint about a washing machine. Very unpleasant feeling with the service. Washing machine (miele) purchased in 2015. Warranty for 10 years purchased. Now there is a problem that sometimes occurs. They indicate that they think of pollution while I regularly clean this device. If they do come and it appears to be caused by pollution, Miele does not accept the bill and I get the bill. I suspect they just don't want to come and try to get out of their responsibility! (sell warranty but not deliver) I will now clean it again and if the complaint continues they will just come. It's a shame to talk to a customer like that. Unpleasant feeling about this company. addition 27-1: Unfortunately, the complaint (check dosage) and (wet wash after spin) continued to come back after it had run various programs on cleaning and had used the special washing machine cleaner. So I called Electroworld Bergschenhoek. This was immediately scheduled with me (called Friday and Monday come) Top. The engineer has examined the machine. It turned out to be pollution, but in a part that the customer can never clean. The machine had to separate to get to the hose that was contaminated. The fitter gave a clear explanation of how this was achieved. He also advised to regularly wash the machine at high temperatures +60 degrees and to run a cleaning program once a month. I have already done the above, however, our machine is often used. The client that I had is more common with an 8 year old machine or older. Now it remains to be seen whether Miele will pay the bill. Personally, I think so, because you cannot clean up pollution in a machine that you cannot access yourself. In addition, I run a cleaning program once a month and do not use too much soap. In the end Van Dijk Bergschenhoek did a good job and I revised my previous suspicion about not wanting to come.

If you would like good advice, Electro World van Dijk in Bergschenhoek is the right place for you. Here they still take the time for the customer with their many questions. The service is also excellent. And I speak from experience. So gentlemen, keep it up :-)

Bought a 2x Loewe TV here, with the latter only problems (despite a 5 year warranty) Have been sent home with a stick in Zoetermeer and Bergschenhoek (so-called Update) which is not suitable for my type. Very unfortunate mister van Dijk
