While (kick) boxing done there. I didn't really feel welcome. As a beginner, I have not been taught any techniques, because they don't care. You will not be given basic knowledge, they just let you go. All attention goes only to the ring fighters in the ring, I had it really fast with these unsympathetic people. Trainers only gave mumbling back when I wished them a 'happy new year'.

Good if you want to lose some weight, but if you want to become a kick boxer, it is the worst gym EVER
