Tidy but entrance for the sisters is inconvenient

I went for the first time to pray at the dawn of Friday in the mosque. Ten minutes after the call to prayer was raised, and if the door was closed, five people prayed inside, and if instructed at the door, it reads as follows: 1- The mosque doors are closed 10 minutes after the call to prayer is lifted. 2- If you want to go in, you ring the bell (I did this over and no one opened, of course, because they were in prayer). 3- The worshipers must evacuate the mosque 30 minutes after the end of the prayer to close the mosque. Is it a new debt? Does a Muslim not have the right to pray in congregation after the beginning of the prayer? Please reconsider these instructions that are not done for Islam onion, otherwise I would recommend transferring the name of the mosque from Al-Fateh Mosque to the prayer-place.
