Wij hebben onze badkamer in 2015 laten plaatsen. Recent ontdekten we dat een frontje van een lade aan de binnenkant beschadigd was door vocht. Ook knipperde er af en toe één van de lampen; een los contact. Nadat ik contact heb opgenomen met één van de eigenaren werd toegezegd dat er een nieuw frontje werd bezorgd. Die bezorging bleek uit veel meer te bestaan. De eigenaar stroopte de mouwen op en plaatste het nieuwe frontje en verving de draad met het losse contact. Toen ik vroeg wat ik hem verschuldigd was reageerde hij met: Niets, dit is service. Geweldig! Dat maak je niet veel mee, gratis vervangen van vijf jaar oud materiaal.

A few months ago bought a nice bathroom at Baderie Assen. Plenty of time was taken to listen to our wishes and then work out all the wishes on paper. Very nice to be able to see the design digitally. We are very happy with the end result!

There is no orientation at this company. A question about a towel radiator was answered bluntly, then the seller thought that we did not have to orientate at all, after all, he thought we were not going to renovate for a long time. Then we were told that we were not allowed to take pictures of the products. This company just wants to put things up for sale, not sell. He is very good at chasing customers away.

Sad and rude seller. The Basil Fawlty of the Baderie. A bit further on, helped fine and ordered the bathroom there.
