Recently bought a house through Kuub brokers in Middelburg. Frederique from the Middelburg office acted as the selling broker. She told me everything about the house and was honest about what was still to be done. Was helped very kindly and most important of all was that within a day I had an answer to all my additional questions. As a home buyer through Kuub, I highly recommend them!

This so-called NVM broker sends an email that the house has been sold and the transfer will take place at a specific date at the notary. I then cancel all my subscriptions such as newspaper, energy, internet. I do a final maintenance in the house and the garden. I have also been busy looking for a new home. In the meantime I have found something further from my work on the other side of the Western Scheldt tunnel. Therefore, my petrol car exchanged for a diesel car. I used a moving van a few times to move some things to a garage near my new home. Friends helped with this. Coincidentally, I called in today and was informed that the buyer has withdrawn a while ago. This so-called NVM broker has never informed me that anything has changed. I have now incurred unnecessary costs and arranged things that I have to turn back and bought a diesel car unnecessarily. Huge SHAME this NVM company. This too expensive organization has no added value compared to the other brokerage organizations. From now on, NVM means NietVoorMij!

It took a while but in the end the house in Borssele was sold. We are very satisfied with how Kuub Makelaars and then specifically Collin guided us. He contributed enormously to how we could best put the house on the market and came up with original options. They are not the cheapest but they deliver quality and are willing to do something extra. With angelic patience, he helped the buyer to take the last bumps so that the house is now sold and we can continue.
