There were a lot of bumps with the purchase of my apartment. AZ has tackled this very well. The communication was clear and I didn't have to wait long for an answer or feedback. AZ has had a lot of work and guided me well with the purchase. The asking price has also gone down well, for which thanks. Both are also absolutely nice people to deal with. I definitely recommend AZ if you want to use their services. I could do a number of things myself, but this too was done by AZ, great! * I can agree with the review I read below, I often don't know the right words * The wine only opens when you are here to see what it has become! Thank you gentlemen for everything, I am happy with my apartment thanks to you!

Finding a suitable home was a big job for us, given the distance between our home and the place we wanted to go. That is why we asked Alex Zwolle as a purchasing agent. The way he did that was right for us. Alex matches your questions and feels what is appropriate. He gives you the space that is needed, but is also very efficient and to the point at the right times. Alex is involved and interested but also discreet. His calm way of doing things is confidence-inspiring. Because of his open attitude, we never felt bothered to approach him with a question. Even after the purchase, Alex has given us several useful advice in a free manner, among other things with regard to professionals and companies for the necessary renovations. After a long search, I eventually came into contact with this buying agent. My experience is that I am well supervised and that I am looking for my wishes. What I really like is the personal contact and perseverance in the negotiations. It has given me a great home for a nice price on the spot that I wanted and that also meets my needs. What else do you want. I therefore certainly recommend this purchase agent to family friends and acquaintances.
