This company was set up by someone who actually sold houses and has no knowledge of service provision. This gentleman (after all, it is just a kind of one-man business) only has an eye for a quick profit. No one stays with this company for long because they quickly understand how the owner is fooling other people. The entire VVE breaks down while mister innocence plays himself. two kudoos one on each eye
At Centiss they clearly have a great deal of knowledge, questions are answered quickly and clearly and the personal contact is pleasant, so you don't feel like a number. Absolutely no box to the wall mentality here. Praise to Centiss and her staff. Thanks for the good service. Top.
I am not yet satisfied with the agreements that are made but are not complied with by both the VVE and Centiss.
In 2018 we switched to Centiss with our VVE. They have our problem with heating costs overviews that the previous manager has not looked into. If I need them a nice personal contact!
Great damage, but thanks to Centiss everything went well and smoothly (according to circumstances). They have taken a lot of trouble out of our hands and we are very satisfied with the progress.
