Hot Buns Bakery's cakes are delicious. I ate the pistachio, red velvet and chocolate caramel. Lex puts his passion and love into the cakes. You can taste that, they have a perfect structure. Not too dry, not too wet. Everything is also in balance in terms of taste. I don't eat vegan myself, so I was curious how the vegan cakes would taste. Well, they just taste like cake, but very tasty! I really recommend it! And also delivered at home by Lex himself, if you live in Utrecht.
