Since this morning business premises for sale through NieNoord Makelaars, called directly and made an appointment. Owner would supervise the viewing himself, called the owner and made an appointment that we could come immediately. Looked at the property, asked whether the price is fixed with the answer that price is non-negotiable. We said that we really had an interest in it and even discussed the completion date, etc. (another tenant in it) Agreed that today I would come up with the answer whether we would buy or not. Within 3 hours I got a Whatsapp !! message that property has been sold to someone else ..... Anything but neat I thought.

Extremely satisfied. We quickly sold our property through this broker, although it is not your average property in terms of price and location. The quick sale is certainly not the only reason for 5 stars, we have experienced the contact with both the brokers and people at the office as very personal and very pleasant. I am disappointed in the services of this broker. Sometimes does not respond to phone calls, does not actively pursue interested parties. The contract to sell our house was removed from them. I still have to pay € 150 for this. That will be in the contract, but it fits in with the image that has arisen. (they did not have to send the bill). I expect more for a service that involves thousands of euros.
