Called and due to unreachable voicemail have been left with a request to call back. Apparently this voicemail is not bugged and there was no answer after more than one week. After 3rd phone call in response, yes, but we read the e-mail. We have dropped out to continue doing business.

Wanted to request a valuation to use their services earlier, at the time they were not very proactive but I finally received the report after a lot of emailing. So sent email on 27 August. No reaction. 10 September completed web form, received a response that they will come back tomorrow. Wednesday, September 12, I have asked to wait, but no response. September 20 again asked how it was, no response. September 28th again response from my side what I have to do for a normal response. Reaction from their side, early next week you get more info, no info. On 8 October I sent another email that they did not succeed again, no response. October 22 sent that I fill in some reviews online, no response. If you are looking for a company that does not respond, then you've come to the right place!

For our new home we have had a reconstruction valuation made by Mulder from Haulerwijk. In addition to the fact that it took weeks before we received our report, it was rejected by several authorities. 400 euros of wasted money because the gentleman no longer responds to our calls and emails. A pity, a great pity. For Mr. Mulder, 400 euros is probably not worth worrying about.
