What should be a fun afternoon turned into a deception. N.a.v. a mention on the official Ford website of a Ford Kuga Phav Titanium from 2020 for € 34,650 we drove in good spirits from Heemskerk to Utrecht Test drive with another car because our Kuga was supposedly not found !! ?? After that we thought we could start a negotiation about the Kuga we wanted earlier. The Kuga turned out after lengthy consultation between our saleswoman and her supervisor ?? suddenly incorrectly priced. While waiting the website was suddenly adjusted to a price of € 36,045 !!!! Road evidence for us nothing more to be found. No room for negotiation (sharing differences or something like that) and suddenly we were standing outside again in the rain Very disappointed and treated rude but 70 km back to H'kerk
