Supposedly available 24/7 for emergencies ... But if I call you at 01.00 with an emergency, you cannot be reached ??? Bad business. At least speak the truth

Emergency services! also on weekends! Yes of course. Only the dentist does not feel like coming from home to practice! Yesterday I was in a lot of pain and called them. I couldn't go to them. No, it is not. Not because they were fully booked, but because the dentist was already home! There was no clear answer to the question that why is it that you are open on Saturday from 9-21 on the internet? I couldn't get to them until 3:00 the next day (so today, Sunday)! If I have to wait 24 for an "emergency appointment" then I might as well wait until Monday and I don't have to pay expensive rates and weekend fees. What is understood then under "rush" and "opening hours" is not clear. Are you not forced to run urgent services and be open all weekend if you do not feel like it ?? !! Today with a phone call at 10.00 at 12.40 to Diak. Fortunately, there are real emergency services and people who are eager to help others.

How nice that this service exists! Woke up with a huge toothache during the weekend, of course, then my own dentist is not available ...... Then I started googling and quickly came to Spoed Tandarts Utrecht. I could be helped within 3 hours, super fast and good service. I had expected assembly line work with an emergency service, but nothing could be further from the truth. Super friendly staff who really took the time for me. I was able to go home pain-free afterwards, top guys, thanks!

When I asked my ID this evening (Merv De Groot-Rentinck), a reluctance was made! You act in violation of the law on personal protection, You may ask for an ID (show it) and include data in you (not the social security number) I want you to have that data removed, apart from the crawling of another patient, we find this to be inadmissible in relation to a patient.
