Good way to buy something quickly what you have first select on their webstore and the you don't want to wait or pay for delivery.

Ordered iPhone 7 refurbished. Still more than 425 euro and is not working. Microphone is broken. Coolmix does not test phones before selling them. I need to send the phone back after filling in a lot of details online. Then it will take days to get it repaired and back to my house. Phone is not a product that I can easily miss for days. Very bad. Don’t offer a replacement or other phone in the mean time. After 7 weeks no phone, no replies to 5 emails and chats. Promised to send our money back. Nothing received. This company is one if the worst, customer unfriendly organisations I have ever encountered. NEVER BUY HERE!

After telephone contact with a few questions I ordered a refurbished iPhone x. It is a 'as good as new' and it arrived the next day. Phone looks very neat. Two small scratches at the top left of the screen that are actually only visible by looking at it at an angle with the reflection of light on it. And a scratch / dot in the side. The battery should still be 100% according to the phone. Very satisfied with the phone and the service. Hope that it will last for years to come and a 2 year warranty gives a very good feeling. The video with explanation was representative of what you get. Mine even a bit neater than I expected.

I was looking for an iPhone X for not too much money with enough GB of storage. Eventually I ended up on this site and I immediately found it very reliable. I was not sure what grade to take, but when I finally got the phone in I was more than happy. There is a very small scratch on the left side, but you cannot see it with the cover. Actually, this phone just feels like new !! Everything works as it should. I am very happy with it.

Cool mix? Yes if everything works. Otherwise, things can go wrong for yourself, but never for Coolmix ... Hahaha! Unfortunately must report the following: what Coolmix delivered to us was not an XR iPhone "premium" at all: no written warranty (as stated on their website), no pin (for nano SIM card tray), no more original packaging, supplied screen protector was for another smaller device, battery capacity 93%, and scratches around photo lens ... So, immediately returned due to consumer law "14 days reflection period". But ... no telephone contact possible with Customer Service (accidental technical problem with their telephone ...), so, returned in Eindhoven (as reported on their Customer Service site) at Bpost's own expense. Track & Trace okay, and neatly delivered by Bpost in Eindhoven with date and time! And what did you expect? Well... COOLMIX CLAIMS NOT TO GOT ANYTHING! Cool right ?
