Big place with a lot of options. Entrance can be a bit of a Hassel with the elevator and/or escalator.
Helped me out nice and professionally
The place is logically ordered. The products are easy to find and staff is always there to help you out. If they don't know what you mean they will admit that they don't know what you mean, or what it is, and will ask a colleague that does know. This way the customer is always helped fairly quickly and this honesty is appreciated.

The service is the worst. Moreover slow in responding, which means, we are waiting since almost a week for the return of the wash machine, which we ordered. Nobody from Media Markt cares and we suffer from it. Most disappointing service ever. I will never buy anything there again.
