Bad service. Samsung washing machine was out of warranty for 5 days and gave door lock error code. Both expert and Samsung indicated that it was out of warranty and without paying they did not help to find a solution. You can expect some cooperation for something that is out of warranty for 5 days.

Ik probeer de hele ochtend te bellen maar constant in gesprek. Ik weet niet hoe ik Expert kan bereiken. Langs gaan heeft geen zin want ik heb geen afspraak

Prima winkel! Ze geven goed advies en hebben de tijd voor de klanten. Mijn nieuwe TV is netjes thuisbezorgd. Kortom, ik ben een tevreden en terugkerende klant.

I wanted to return an online purchase. The employee who took over the box from me (I had put it on the floor in front of the counter) kept zero distance, I had to go back quickly myself. Then refused to return the purchase because the styrofoam was missing (= no legal reason to refuse!) And because he did not agree with the reason for cancellation ("did not meet our wishes") (for online purchases you do not even need a reason for return). Totally unfriendly employee, who (just like Expert himself on the website) also does not comply with the law and ignores the corona measures.
