I came here for a simple battery replacement (at first it was not in stock and it would take 3 days, but when I said that I would go somewhere else it was suddenly in stock) When picked up the next day, the battery was not replaced because a so-called defect in my microphone and speaker was found (never had any complaints that indicated this) My Iphone could not be saved and had to be replaced. I was told that Apple could no longer replace the battery. When I insisted that I did get that battery, because I never had any complaints about the microphone and speakers, after a lot of hassle, they wanted to replace the battery 'in exceptional cases'. Since then, iPhone has been doing like a charm again. To be honest, seems like an attempt at scam to me, so you understand that I will never ever go here again!

Nice shop with sometimes attractive offers and friendly employees. For repair I would consider going to an Apple Store itself, especially if a product needs to be replaced. This is much faster at Apple because they have their own stock there and it can even be cheaper (AirPod replacement € 120 at Amac and € 99 at Apple Store).

Have been earplugs for me that are just 8 months old but because I am of foreign descent, the employees of this store did not even help the crooked eye. just it

Walked into this store, because my Iphone earphones when they were in my mobile did not play sound (but sound came through the phone itself). I was immediately told that I would need new ears anyway. So I bought earphones, and tried them in a corner of the store, didn't work. The ears were not the problem, but due to the poor service, no other options were considered. I returned to the desk, where I was told I could not return the ears. Something I would have liked to hear before purchasing. After getting quite angry I got a voucher. Iphone was taken to the back for a moment and was told that the chip where the charger and earphones go is apparently broken, that they could send it for repair at 450 euros. Took my voucher and my loss and left the store. By the way, the boy who had let me buy the earphones in 2 minutes pretended not to be able to see me when I came back and let his colleagues do the dirty work. Very unprofessional. In any case, I'm not going back here.
