DO NOT EVER go there if you need to repair your Apple product. My MacBook screen was broken, they asked me 80 euros to just tell me that the screen was broken and 1200 euros to fix it. The assistant even comment that 1200 is a lot like he was the one paying. When I refused to give this money, they kept my MacBook for 1,5 weeks even though I was calling them everyday saying that I need it ASAP to work from home. In Apple store Amsterdam they repaired it for 600 euros within a day. Always alway prefer a Apple store.
Very poor service - the information they provide is wrong and when you call them the service is not existent.
Great experience going there! Immediately was greeted and directed to the service desk to fix the issue I was having with my laptop. Service desk employee was great at answering my questions and being sympathetic to my specific issue and situation. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Would highly recommend going here for your mac/apple related issues :)

The store manager gave a bad deal on the reimbursement for the used but in perfect condition iPhone 7 with the purchase of a new iPhone 10 xs max for 1250 euros. The promised refund was 200 euros. They also did not keep their promise to complete the transfer of old phone's backup to the new model. So the client had to leave the store with a non operational phone. Couldn't even make emergency phone calls. Terrible service!
