Visited this company twice for the same problem. Communication and the people I have had at the door are pleasant. The first time was misdiagnosed, because it was difficult to reach and the circumstances were not ideal. Because of this I almost incurred costs, it was that I could see for myself under suitable circumstances. Second visit the problem was resolved. Four stars by the first visit.

I contacted this company via website and telephone to make a quotation. Friendly staff will speak to you. Unfortunately, a miscommunication has arisen about the time of the appointment. An employee came to the door at an inconvenient time after the miscommunication. The employee has left again. After this I was called again to explain the situation and it was finished. I was also asked if I had sent the employee away because he was foreign, but fortunately that was not the case. The situation has been resolved, but we were shocked.
