LICE ALERT! The hairdresser who was cutting my hair left me and started to search for something in another customer's hair with her hands and nails. Then came back and kept cutting my hair without washing her hands. I asked what was wrong with the other customer's hair and she said the other customer has lices in her hair. I WAS HORRIFIED, it is so disgusting! I asked her why she is touching my hair without washing her hands then and she said nothing will happen. When I notified her manager she also said it was okay, no one cared; they did not even said sorry. Later, I asked other people and they said she might have gotten some eggs in her nails and it is highly contagious. It ruined my day and I am so disgusted by it, I am itchy since then. I got a shampoo and a comb in case she had some lice eggs in her nails, on her hands etc. They are not even aware of basic hygiene rules, irresponsible and unprofessional people.

I wanted to use my loyalty card today to get "free service" (card costs around 10euro). I was told that they cannot do it for me and I need to wait an hour. Naturally I didn't want to wait in the salon but do shopping meanwhile and come back in an hour. However it was impossible, I was told that I need to "wait there" and if I don't I cannot get any service! Highly dissatisfied!
