We filled in everything ourselves via the website and there was an appointment with the lawyer of about 50 minutes. We sent everything and then it became quiet. I called 911 after three weeks because I thought it was a long time. Then it turned out that there were missing pieces that we should have delivered. Nobody has alerted us to that and I was really angry about that, so much money for so little work and then not even an email if something goes wrong. A week later we called to ask what they had to pieces. Strangely enough, other pieces that we sent in one envelope with the missing pieces were inside. After much hassle it turned out that the secretary had not properly emptied the envelope. An excuse did not come from her at first, only when I pointed this out to her. They announced that they should now accelerate the procedure. I have asked whether there is not a price discount, now that an extra month had already passed. However, I was no longer able to ask the lawyer this despite frequent requests, because it was never possible to go to the secretary who had determined that the costs of speeding up the procedure were already expensive enough. So a lot of extra stress and no excuses with waiting weeks longer in a time that is already very sad. My advice is: keep calling after it, or get a good lawyer.

Do not take in the arm if you want to divorce quickly. They advertise with it, but due to slow administration and poor communication, it takes at least 4 to 5 months with them. They promise everything, but they don't keep it.

Poor service. We had sent everything and had a conversation online. Heard nothing after that. After many calls and weeks later it turned out that they had not taken everything out of the envelope. No excuse, no money back. Nothing. You never get to speak to a lawyer again after one conversation. So bad.
