Residents of Kanaleneiland and it's environs congregate to pray in this mosque, and especially on Friday when it's filled to capacity. Covid19 safety measures are well in place. Physically disabled persons have a large area reserved for them. Social distancing and other Covid-19 measures are well in place. It's clean and well ventilated. The sermon of the Friday prayers is in Arabic. Later Sheikh Rashid translates the sermon in its entirety into Dutch. I love this mosque!
