My experience with Moncef was very good. He was quickly available for the job. He discussed everything upfront, and what the costs would be. If he is running late from a previous job, he'll inform you on time, which was very handy. This time, the job wasn't too big (rerouting the washing machine tap + inserting a T-joint), but I'll definitely ask him again next time!

We had a leak in our bathroom, we needed a new floor and a new shower drain, and all the grout and sealant work had to be redone. Moncef has helped us very well with this. He also installed a new shower and tap. He is very friendly and does a good job. In terms of time management, things can sometimes be a bit better, but this is because he wants to deliver quality and does not want to rush the work. He also makes up for it when he leaves you something tasty in the fridge :)

Moncef is very professional, service-oriented and pleasant to deal with. Was able to schedule the jobs very quickly. Hard worker and we are very satisfied with everything he has done. (Replace the bathroom thermostatic tap, replace the garage tap and replace 2 shut-off taps under the ground.) We heartily recommend him and we will certainly approach him again for the next job.
