This company has no power to solve problems. So if you order something and it is delivered broken. Then you're the bobbin. After notification you will then hear nothing at all. If you call yourself, they are also not willing to order / deliver a new bathroom furniture, but they want to repair a cupboard that has fallen and broken in the middle.?!?!?! It shouldn't get any crazier.

false delivery time on the website, no help, worst customer service ever. I have asked a manager call back after almost a month I still see to wait: the call and my stuff that I have paid a lot of money. Not professional, save your money and go to another store. I really regret ordering here.

Very bad company! Order would be delivered the next day. After two weeks nothing, the response to email is very slow. If you want to call, your caller is 14 or 16! Scandalous and totally not aimed at serving the customer correctly!

Super bad service and too long delivery times. Customer service is difficult to reach, late responses and then also being told that you have to purchase a whole new cabin if only one part (glass plate) has broken. Never order here again.

Refusal to comply with warranty conditions for the time being: obvious technical defect in the shower window guides has resulted in glass breakage (and injuries). But apparently this supplier is very easily hiding behind the claim that their glass cannot break. Wondering if they still see that they are responsible for the proper functioning of all parts.
