We have been looking for an apartment in Spain for some time and we absolutely love the Alicante region. During a short holiday in Pilar de la Horadada, we meet Jolanda through a couple of friends who had previously done business with Van Dam Estates. From day one we immediately had a click with Jolanda and we went out all day in a very relaxed atmosphere. Jolanda is a very nice but above all a very expert broker who thinks along for 100% and listens carefully to your wishes. In the end Jolanda brought supply and demand well together, making us the happy owners of a beautiful apartment in Orihuela, Flamenca Village since December. Unfortunately, we also experience the nuisance of all Corona restrictions and were only able to go to Spain once last year (July). In short, we are the owners, but we have not seen our apartment ourselves since its completion. With the help of their highly confidential network and all associated professionals, they have arranged everything for us remotely. Hats off to Jolanda and Remco and eventually Mark also took everything out of our hands. From receiving the keys to furnishing our apartment, it was really great and nothing was too much for you. Went on the road with Jolanda to view new-build homes, with the support of Remco in the office. Excellent impression. Good knowledge of the market and rentability, but also fair and transparent.
