We are very satisfied with Marcel van Wijnen Makelaardij. We find it very important to have a click. But the enthusiasm that Marcel radiates also gives confidence for sales. In addition, we were very impressed with the beautiful and catchy brochure he made of our house and online presentation. Marcel van Wijnen sold our house within a week (without funda). Helped us well from start to finish. Very friendly and can present your house well. Gives tips to sell your house even better. Was always available if something was not clear. Thanks again Marcel!

Marcel van Wijnen did not manage to sell our house. On his advice, we installed a new floor in the house. This has not yielded anything either. After about three quarters of a year, he himself withdrew the assignment. He did this after we held him liable for the fact that his own home, which he had sold to us a few months earlier, turned out to have a serious foundation defect. We had to pay withdrawal costs and have not seen anything in return. We are not even allowed to use the photos. Very sour. He has deleted my reviews on his Facebook page. So know that you will only see positive posts there. It is also not possible to post a review on Funda because our house has not been sold but has been moved in by Van Wijnen Makelaardij. Reviews on Funda are placed after the sale of the house at the invitation of the broker, I understand Funda. Good to know, because you will only encounter positive reviews there. I would also like to highlight the other side of the coin.

Our house has been sold by Van Wijnen Makelaardij. Already contacted early within the framework of a purchased new build house and we are perfectly advised on when we could best put our house up for sale. Very nice cooperated, always accessible and I can therefore recommend this broker.
