Also five stars from me. Rightly so. We had invited several brokers so that we could compare. One by one they came. Smooth men in big expensive cars with marketing talk. And then came Miranda. She wasn't talking about restrictions and aggressive sales methods. She saw no limitations. She talked about what was possible. Miranda and certainly the rest of the team guided the sale smoothly and silently. And the result is great. We are buying a house without a broker, so we know what is involved. My advice: take a broker and choose especially Ijsselstreek Makelaars.

We used a fixed price agreement and that gave clarity and a realistic asking price for the house. Nice click with the broker, many viewers booked for the property, resulting in a good offer.
