All of the staff, especially the security team, are so friendly and helpful!
Rude, full of themselves, arrogant. Visiting the consulate here in Amsterdam used to be efficient and business like. No longer.
Consulate services would benefit from learning about SERVICE. While waiting for an appointment, there are an odd mix of lines and rules outside. The security bark instructions through an inaudible speaker that make things very difficult to understand. While I was inside the security team made no secret of making fun and laughing at the "stupid people" who "cant follow instructions". Perhaps you could consider clear signage, and/or emailing instructions prior to arrival, or an alternative form of CLEAR communication. Your staff (security and inside) would benefit with some SERVICE skills. Belittling, intolerant and rude staff. Sad that these are the representatives for an entire nation.
Long waiting time but very friendly people. Usefull to keep in mind for the long wait the bathroom isnt available atm due to covid19 (nor is the one in the nearby parking garage).
Come fully prepared, read the instructions on their website and I can assure you that that you will have a very smooth experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
